That's what I would do all day. LOL
I ALWAYS add beer to chili now. It brings out the flavor of the cumin and chili seasoning.

I'll have to look up a coffee recipe and try that. I've added coco and chocolate before. It gives it a similar flavor to mole. It's actually quite nice. When we make chili for hotdogs, we do Skyline chili. It calls for chocolate(or cocoa), cinnamon, allspice, and cloves.

Chocolate is a good ingredient choice, especially from Central America and Belgium (e.g. Callebaut), but be cautious consuming chocolate, it may harden inside you and be difficult to digest, unless if you drank warm fluids to flush it.
