First, you have to be fairly sure that the girl you want to approach is a lesbian. If you have doubt, then you probably should move on to another girl. If you are sure then go for it! The best way is the simplest: Just do it. You'll never get anywhere if you're too scared to do anything. When you do, do it calmly and with a friendly attitude.

Walk up to female, introduce self, converse, do happy dance in your mind.. unless you just like to break out the dance moves. Just be you :)

I find the best method is to use a tranquilizer dart and wait till they're down before you pull the van around. Just remember to keep it quick and switch out your plates before hand. Taser or chloroform works too but isn't ideal.
