I get stressed a lot. I do these sometimes. Listen to classical music Take a nap Take a hot bath or shower Read or watch comedies Drink water or a smoothie Stretch and breathe slowly Talk to a close friend or family member Smell soothing candle scents (haha) Draw abstract stuff or paint Watch Youtube videos ...ect.
I make a dang sword in the shop to occupy my mind, and then I go cut some things with it. (no animals are harmed in the making or using of these blades)
I play video games or catch up on TV shows I missed. I fall into rabbit holes looking stuff up online as well, so.... Anything that absorbs my attention or focus really.
