In all honesty, I was hopin to find a lady friend to become close to. However I think I should try and find some people in the same area as me guys or girls that share some of my same tastes and interests.

I joined this website to find a relationship and, friends to relate to, since in my place most of the people around me are just bunch of jerks and sometimes, acting all high all mighty on the anime community. So yeah, i guess that's the reason.

Unsure if I posted in one of these but I'm seeking real friends. Preferably close distance so I can actually hang out with them. It's pretty lonely having online friends.

As age catches up I start thinking to myself, "maybe I should finally give this dating thing a try" but gave up on finding anyone nearby, hence online dating. Almost everyone on those sites are too un-otaku-ish for me to consider though, so I googled "anime dating" and stumbled upon here. But hey-ho, whaddya know, most of the users here are from the West and are probably looking for someone nearby. I guess I've proven that dating is just not for me, unless someone can prove me wrong lol. I'd like to make friends with like-minded interests too C:
