Pretty simple, grant the wish of the person above and ruin it. While wishing for something yourself. Ex:"I want a million dollars!" 'Granted. But the money instantly combusts'. I wish for unlimited donuts!

Unfortunately, that world peace comes under Kim Jong Un, and it's spent with everyone in a prison camp. I wish for a better phone.
