I was a chef in one of my former lives. I specialized in Med-Rim cuisine but will do most anything. I always bake bread for my daughters when they came over on weekends and always bake scratch birthday cakes for them. I use recipes for baking but with other foods it's a matter of knowing ingredients and techniques.

I tend to jerry-rig a meal out of stuff that either pre-packaged or pre-made, and it doesn't usually have things that usually go together for an example tonight I microwaved two bean and cheese burritos, wrapped them in ham and covered them in bbq sauce and hot sauce.
