Haha. Well, for me it would be the act of always responding to messages. If you know that a person always takes the time to talk to you, then I'd say that is something good you should hold dear.

I think I'm most impressed by what I guess you'd call straight forwardness. If someone likes me, I want them to state their intentions, ask me on a date, plan where we're going to go, etc. I get "asked out" a lot and I hate phrases like "hang out" or when someone doesn't have any kind of plan for a date. If I'm going to be in a relationship with someone, I want them to tell me with certainty what their feelings are for me and to not beat around the bush about it.
