Lets make a band!!!

My group would be called Cold Slither... A hard rock outfit where I'd be lead guitar. Probably have another 6 string, base, drums, keyboard/synths. But I would probably do the progressive/symphonic rock thing too. Though I'd like to be pretty diverse. So I might have another project on the side for more of a jazz fusion or even blues. But again that would be a separate side gig. It'll be called Hobo and the Coke Machine.

I like Jinsei's idea for a band. I'd sign up for that. I'd dress like 1960s rockers, and be the lead singer and songwriter. I'd play the additional instruments. I'd have someone else on keyboards/piano, drums, bass, and lead guitar, so I'd play saxophone, marimba, rhythm guitar, flute, and sitar. I would be more into indie rock or indie pop, and have songs that have different feels to it. From 60s pop, to alternative rock, to punk, to blues, I'd try different genres. But it'd be original music.

So we're really going in the rock genre? I mean, what's the fun in just that? Don't get me wrong, I love all simple kinds of rock. But a little addition wouldn't be bad from time to time. Like strings or accordion or brass

Probably it would be a punk/hard rock/psychedelic band or other genres, it may be wrong because I don't know that much about rock genres, my taste varies... The band would initially contain a electric guitar, a keyboard using different songs like strings and a recorder or shakuhachi in some intros and refrains. It would have more instrumental than lyrics, I think. I would play the keyboard, recorder or even the guitar, maybe sing in some refrains too, but I'd like a woman with a deep voice in the vocals. The band at it best would contain a lead guitar, rhythm guitar, back up guitar, keyboard/synths, maybe drums and in some songs a recorder/shakuhachi, violin/cello and gregorian chant (a really messed up thing...). Some hard and some melodic songs. The visual would have a punk look, a critic to the system and beauty standards, something unique yet individual and funny. "-What'll be our next album cover? -Dress the guys as girls and vice-versa to protest against sexism? -Fuck, this is fun! -Let's do it! I want to break free!!" :P
