Has anybody learned anything since being on this site?

@neet-one: I have 8 friend request, neet, and non have the respect of introducing them selves with at least "I'm new here...." or some shit like that. Come on "neet." Anyone, I'm gonna start deleting them now.... :D.... At-least on had the respect to post "Hi."

I personally use my phone to view this website because i don't have a laptop, so the site seems really confusing to navigate. I didn't even know you could post on peoples pages until now. I thought that you could only private message people, or talk with them on the forums. Im sorry if i offend someone, because i don't know the rules of engagement. From somone who is experienced with this website, what do you like best that people do, when they are first starting here? I don't want to come off as an asshole for doing something i don't know, or am expected to do.

I primarily use my phone for this site and in the beginning it was difficult to navigate. I can say one thing I like about the mobile site is when you are reading the forum, the PM boxes don't cover your screen. Sometimes I save the PMs for when the forums are slow so on my phone I can time manage them better. Actually I've never read the site rules lol... I just try to not be an asshole on here and it's worked for me. When people are suspended for any reason it seems because they are harassing other users, either in the forum or on user walls(although there have been a couple of unwarranted suspensions that were straightened out at a later time). Have seen a few bans for spamming and solicitations. So yeah, don't do those things. As for becoming known, post on the forums. The regulars will get to know you from your posts. I found starting out in Random worked best. I do like the Serious forum threads as well however for beginners it might come off as intimidating. Let's face it, you need to go into that one with some armor sometimes and other times it gets so ridiculous you can't help but laugh at the posts. Anyway, the more you post the better you will do here.
