Ugh I fucking hate Christianity

Everthing happens for a reason really?Hmm so somebody that is tortured , raped or has been burned or stoned it happend for a reason ?If you would say that 2 a victims of rape ,it happend for a reason you know to let you come closer to god to let you learn somthing.They probably would feel more like shit .Free will right here i am going to give you 2 options(OPTION1)Where god stops the rapist and has effected the rapist free will.(OPTION2):Where god does nothing and the girl gets raped and her free will is effect it by it. Either way somebody free will is effected it doesnt god than favor evil more than good if he choose to do nothing?

Exactly. The idea of the Christian god is inherently malevolent. The Old Testament portrays this. So does the New Testament, more subtly, presumably to stave off the claim that Christanity doesn't control people through fear, examples You will got to hell if you do not worship God. Being gay is against god, you must learn to suppress your (completely normal) urges and be fruitful and multiply (like rats!) And so on. And I won't be wrong on this front that the Abrahamic God doesn't exist. The Torah, Bible and Qu'ran all contradict each other and themselves repeatedly. Mithraism is the original source of Christianity, combined with various iron age bullshit and Judaism. I don't even think there was ever a man named Yeshua/Jesus/whatthefuckever that did the things mentioned. Nope nope nope. For all I know any higher power in this world is an intelligent pot smoking troll who uses reddit and reads Encyclopaedia Dramatica.

*sigh* i dont have anything to say....i pointed out there would be someone to come along and pick apart what i said...without ACTUALLY taking the time to see my side of the argument. everyone has their own opinion like i said you believe Christianity is the source of everything bad with the world so be it all im saying is god didnt send someone to rape another person, he didnt send someone to stone another person, or rob their homes, or kill one another...its the people themselves doing it. you expect him to come flying to the rescue when more than 100 people are about to be shot and just magically curve the bullet away. im pretty sure it says in the bible that all of this is bad, and not to do it does it not? its up to us to listen or not, he doesnt control our lives if that were the case you wouldnt be able to choose whether to believe in him or not.

As I said is never going to end until science can prove there is no God or religion proves there actually is. We are all going to die afterall, so it's still pointless to discuss this over. Yeah it's true people say God is evil because he lets people die, be tortured, kidnapped, raped, etc but it's also written that God let the human choose in between evil and good and obviously they didn't choose to stay with God so that's why things happen. Yea I believe in God but I also try to see what science has to say about it. If I wasn't a Christian I would still believe there is some sort of power above us and I would label them as "neutral". If my God didn't actually exist, but existed this being instead, then we are all just guinea pigs. Also If my God didn't exist then I won't lose nothing after I die, now if he indeed exists, who would lose instead? That's how I see it. Blame it all you want, not going to change the fact humans are the ones that decide over their own fate.
