Ugh I fucking hate Christianity

Where has hating got anyone? Hating "Nazis" and Atheists like Stalin hasn't got the world anywhere. You can't stereotype all under both systems, for there is good and bad in both.

Sure, you can't hold hands with everyone. There are people I'd like to hit, but I'm not gonna hold a grudge. Not gonna be like oh look at that Christian, Jew, Black Man. I'll judge problems with people on a 1 on 1 basis.

Until you get an entire group that is going for the same cause... Unfortunately, some you can not just deal with one at a time. We wouldn't have wars if it were that easy.

Hello, fellow Atheist here, and I have to say Christianity is not bad, and you cannott base all negative assumptions on religion. For one, the Green Revolution and much of Stalin’s regime were based on non-religious zeal, and it brought us no closer to any form of salvation from tyranny. It is not necessarily the religion you hate, but the imposition of personal opinion others express through their religion. Sure, the bible says homosexuality is a sin, but not everyone believes that. Depending on your sect there is interpretation to the text, and even then it’s only those that were originally against it that will ostracize you for it. There’s nothing bad with religion as long as the superimposition of your beliefs are not forcibly imposed on another, or as long as the practices themselves are not detrimental to the party or individual at hand. I thoroughly enjoy Christianity without believing in a God, and even with its flaws it does teach some good morals. (This was way more in-depth than I originally meant it to lol)

Not all soldiers share the same ideologies, most are there are just to protect their families. In that situation it's killed or be killed, another issue. I'm willing to lay down my life for my family, and my well being. Though I'm not gonna sit here and judge people continuously for petty differences. People in ignorance continue this perpetual cycle of conflict, creating their own demise. That won't be me.

Christianity in itself its evil, its untarnished message is really sweet and thoughtful and if anything it runs contrary to what people have made of the religion today. From a purely scholarly point Christianity is rich in history and drama, its enjoyable to study.

Yeah it is but I lost my belief in god and I'm perfectly happy as an atheist. I have to admit it does teach good lessons bet with the bible the lines between good and evil aren't so black and white. More like tiny black, tiny white and a whole load of greys.
