Cosplay: Yay or Nay?

Yay. I know I'm no good at it, but I still love being a part of the cosplay culture. It is definitely not a joke for me. There are tons of great American cosplayers.

I've cosplayed a few times but never went to cons... I cosplayed Sora from Kingdom Hearts, L from Death Note, Naruto-Sakura-Sasuke-Kiba from Naruto, and Ranka Lee from Macross Frontier But that was when I was younger haha like...in middle school I haven't cosplayed since...but I plan to! And I hope to redo my old cosplays and make them better! >3<

I've tried to do cosplay.....it did not work cuz I was trying to look like miku Armand it did not turn out so well but cosplay is super fun, so I will have to say YAY :D

Im all for it! i respect all aspect of the movement. Be It homemade or store bought, I will admit ive seen some low quality, and even like studio quality get ups but i think is there isnt anything as liberating as cosplay. Good, bad and everything in between i appreciate the courage of the players and the creativity behind it.

I LOVE IT! i've cosplayed, Yato from noragami, Nezumi and dogkeeper from No.6, gamzee from homestuck(also so au versions), L from death note, izaya from durarara, and denny from harvest moon. Its really hard but its fun in the end. and other cosplayers can be so nice sometimes :D
