All I know are some really old Japanese ones that I used to like: Summer Snow Beautiful Life GTO (90's one w/ Sorimachi Takashi) Whatever that hockey one was with Kimura Takuya.

Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo is a really cute and funny one. The Wallflower is another good one. Both are J-Dramas

I personally love the J-Drama Itazura Na Kiss -Love in Tokyo. It has 2 seasons (I kinda like the second one more though) and is based off of an anime series with the same title. I don't know if there's a manga of it too or not. It's really cute. :) As for K-Dramas I recommend Nightmare Teacher, Sassy Go Go, Who are you - School 2015, Personal Taste and Flower Boy Next Door. There are many more I recommend but that would be too long of a list.
