Depends on the girl, nothing magical happens at 18. It's just an arbitrary age picked for legal reasons. Also seen plenty of girls fully physically developed much earlier. Also, that means that you are putting down anybody that enjoys ecchi anime, since they are often under 18. So most of the people in this forum.
