My good habit is I'm constantly cleaning my fingernails I guess.. My bad habit is that if I have an itch, I'll scratch it until it stops itching. Which usually makes a bloody mess.

Good habit would be keeping everything clean I guess. Bad habit is that I like to really put mustard on it. Meaning that I go over the top with everything I do.
