I know I'm being random but talk of art work. I'm working on a story idea that I want illustrations for, I'll probably just try to work on them myself but I'm not a gifted artist and rarely draw. Do you know any good programs for anime style figures? I don't mean just general art programs but something that might be able to provide an initial template where I could alter details or something?

And loli, Not really. I could give you a shit ton of art tips but I don't really look for programs with figures like those. I'll let you know if I find one.
