If I recognized they were toxic I'd cut them from my life and get over it. There's something about a girl who is genuinely bad for me that KILLS attraction. Seriously there is no quicker way to get me to head south than being a bad influence in my life. But if I still felt attracted knowing it I'd just rationalize how she isn't good for me and then I'd look elsewhere.
