Especially towards the end about neglecting customers while bad mouthing them to their face cause that happens verbatim where I'm at! I didn't know they had to communicate with condiment packets, that does seem unnecessarily convoluted. AND I FEEL CHEATED! I went in for a cup of coffee the other day and was NOT invited to get a free drink at the "coffee bar." Instead I had to wait 20 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge my existence and there was only 1 other customer in the restaurant as well as EVERY table was covered in dirty plates. As I was leaving the waitress' relief came in and I heard her say, "Sorry Pam, but the last hour was just busy with dozens of customers. That's why I'm leaving you to clean all the tables that I was too busy helping customers to clean."
