Not much on him. Lesser character? I watched advent children but was lost and don't remember him lol.

Rufus Shinra is the owner of the Shinra Electric Company inherited from his dad. He is also the one who commands the Turks and had influence over the former Soldier and Deepground branches of the corporation. He is a villain in the original game, but Advent Children had Rufus change to become more benevolent rather than a ruthless tyrant. For the most part he's kind of an anti-villain in the greater FF7 lore.

So one thing I love about fan art is that when I'm unfamiliar with a story or character, seeing it/them through the lens of another's eyes gives me a better grasp. Run into lots of artistic liberties and interpretations but I like that unknown element spicing things up.
