Are you a loner?

I was more in the past but I still prefer my solitude and quiet space. In my circle of friends I live in the periphery now days but hang out with them when I can. Our schedules differ greatly these days.

@neetone, Indeed I am. I don't fully understand being a loner unless you're an introvert by nature. There are varying degrees of introversion and thus one can be more social than the others, but an introvert by nature is a pretty solitary creature.

I am but for some reason most of my friends want to hangout with me because i keep them company and don't ditch them for other things that seem more exciting. It's almost like a curse sometimes.

A lot of the time I definitely prefer having my much needed alone time and I end up doing a lot of things on my own so I guess in a way, I'm definitely a lone wolf in some cases but I have no issues talking to people and I've got plenty of friends who I hang with and if someone feels like joining in what I'm doing alone, I have no issue letting them join in whatever it is I'm doing - hell sometimes I dying to talk and spend time with others. So I guess I am somewhat in the middle.

I would have an "F" on sociology. I keep wondering why? I have poor social skills, I'm timid, bad at starting conversation. My only answer is that it could be cuz I was not allow to hang out with my friends outside of school. My mom was way overprotective (is understandable as I'm her only daughter) I only played with my brothers and the other boys of the block. So there were no other kids to whom i could talk or play. I LOVE BEEN ALONE. A SILENCE AND PEACEFUL ENVIRIOMENT IS WHAT I SEEK FOR. Is only because I got use to it, coming from school to an empty house for the past 5 years. While everyone worked I spend my time on anime and manga. SO NOW WHENEVER THERES NOISE AT HOME IT MAKES ME MAD....I KNOW THERE ARE KIDS, BUT BEEN ALONE IS MORE RELAXING. BUT I DO WISH I COULD HAVE PEOPLE TO TALK TO ( ALWAYS GOING OUT ALONE IS BORING)

Pretty much I pretty much try to keep to myself. I have a hard time reaching out to others but once I get to know you its easier for me to talk to you. I was a lone wolf in high school as well. Kinda just went from pack to pack never stayed with one group in particular.
