Worst Screw Up/WTF Moments in gaming?

I dont make many but when I first started out on COD:blk ops the ladders were my worst enemy. This one time during free for all I was camping under a stairway when someone found me I ran out into the open where there was this tree house. I attempted to climb the ladder and fire back however it just was not having that. I tried my hardest I got halfway up an fell again. It would not let me go so the guy that followed pretty much just watched as I made a fool of myself. Then I guess he got bored changed guns reloaded gave me another 15-20 seconds then pulled the trigger. I burst out laughing but that was so pitiful if my brain was working at the time I could have jumped down and stab him with the knife but ah well. :p I have no idea what was going on with that ladder though.

i was a little kid and i was playing a scooby doo game and like i just did this part where i had to jump on a trampoline and get from trampoline to trampoline and i did it first try but i really wanted to play a different game and couldnt find a save point so rather to keep on going i changed the game and after that i could never pass that part no matter how much tried

Haha XD that happened too me playing crash bandicoot time warped. Got through 5 levels didnt save it, couldnt get past 3 after that. It was a sad sad day :(. Played it later in life but god the graphics are so awful now. Im like I use to play this.

Put a hole in my wall playing MW2's Veteran campaign. Otherwise, I don't have any actual moments from playing games, at least off the top of my head.

Playing Fable 2 I had just managed to max out all my character's stats. If you don't know, this takes FOREVER to do. I was just messing around with endgame content and there was this part where you wait by some place at midnight and something strange happens. Apparently what happens is that you change your gender! My character was transformed into a jacked-up muscle woman. The damn game auto-saved at that moment, overriding my only file. SCREW FABLE 2! SCREW FABLE 3! AND SCREW FABLE 4 IF THEY EVER MAKE IT! http://i1.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/newsfeed/000/257/266/40d.gif

For me, the biggest screw up is playing the original Devil May Cry on Dante Must Die difficulty (Words cannot express how difficult that game is on that difficulty) and I got to the final boss, Mundus and I was so close to getting him - SO VERY CLOSE but I got greedy with the amount of damage I was doing to him and thought I could land one final hit to finish him but I completely missed the fact that he could swing at me before I could and I died (A single hit can take off almost your entire health bar - and that's when it's almost fully upgraded), I had no gold orb to revive me on the spot and I was forced to restart the entire mission all over again. He's an utter nightmare (and please don't get me started on the actual boss, Nightmare - that thing's an arsehole) on that difficulty because goddamn is it hard - but I eventually got him and damn was I proud!

BioShock Infinite Ending Do I have to say more.

Worst was for me the shortage of Magicka 2. And when I played Deus Ex for a rather long without saving cause I mean it autosaves normally until the game crashed and I couldn't load where I left of cause the game didn't made a safe file because my harddrive was full when I played.
