Holiday stories/memories

Okay, I was talking to someone today and I realized a lot of stories people have, have to do with a holiday. Halloween, Christmas, new years, valentines, etc. so let's share some.

I will share some. One year I got a pumpkin for Halloween to make into pie. I named it fred (since then it has been a tradition to name the pumpkins we get each year). Well I was going to make fred into pie after I got home from class, while in class I was talking to a friend it was loud and no one was listening as I told her about fred the pumpkin. the class suddenly got quiet in time to hear my say "Yeah, I am killing fred tonight and making him into pie." I swear it was the most awkward moment ever. So I had to tell them "I named a pumpkin fred." Happily no one called the cops so I didn't have to explain why someone thought I was killing a person instead of a pumpkin. Connected to that, later that night I was trying to cut open Fred the pumpkin. The huge knife got stuck in the pumpkin and I couldn't get it out. so I walked around the house holding the knife which was stuck firmly in the pumpkin and say "Fred has a head injure! Fred has a head injure!" people laughed. As for Christmas. One year we got a killer Christmas tree. Not sure how, but the Christmas tree would fall onto anyone walking pass it. It landed on me 3 times. just let that imagine fill your head, a person under a Christmas tree and all you hear is screaming and see feet sticking out. It got so bad we had to tie the Christmas tree to the wall. And it still attacked! On Christmas day I reached for a present under the tree, I heard a creak and next thing I knew, the tree was on me and I couldn't find my way out since I was trapped by all branches, lights and ornaments. which those lights are really bright up close.

One time on Holloween when I was a teen I went to a haunted house event with a friend and got separated from him in the dark haunted house. There was this cute girl in a sweater following behind me and when a huge jumpscare came out she grabbed onto my arm. As the guy in the monster mask was screaming in my face all I could feel was the warmth of the girl's side-boob and butterflies in my stomach. There is no feeling in life that is better than experiencing for the first time a girl clutching onto your arm. If I could have a girl to clutch onto my arm, that's all I would ever need in life.

that's cute. during a Halloween trip a couple years ago, I was in a corn maze with my friend and a bunch of others. we came to a green house (real tiny one) and the couple ahead of us were too scared to continue. I was getting annoyed so I said "Go on in! What's going to attack us? A plant?" in a cocky sarcastic voice. So the couple went in and I and my friend followed when a plant monster jumped out at us. For the rest of the night I had a couple of girls mock me for that. During that same trip I also had a girl cling to me out of fright, but it was like she was giving me a half nelson, she was clinging my neck.

Those were awesome stories! One year on Christmas, it actually snowed in Georgia. Kind of a big deal here. My sister and I were on our second story front porch trying out damnedest to make a snowman out of whatever little bit of snow we could find. We had on those cloth gloves you get from the dollar store and the snow seaped through them so we kept running back and forth to the bathroom to thaw our hands out under the hot water. In the end it turned out like a compressed snowman that had been just been beaten to near death by a baseball bat. So we finished the job and dropped him over the porch railing.

Oh yeah, I remember that snowy Christmas in Georgia! I managed to gather up enough snow in my front yard to make a snow-woman. I made her anatomically correct :P
