If you think I'm against E-thots getting money. Then you are completely mistaken. E-Girls and even E-boys can suck other people dry off their money. It is a completely voluntary financial transaction between people. It is completely within their right. Going a bit off tangent, but I also believe that real life prostitution should be completely legal. I take a very libertarian view on these topics. But just because I think someone has the right to do something. Such as E-begging, smoking weed, prostitution etc. Doesn't mean I directly would engage in those activities. Hence when it comes to E-beggars. I value my personal money more then to simply give it away to random online strangers. Other people are completely free to do so. Nothing more and nothing less. I think you read to deeply into what I said.

Calling an E-Thot an "online sex worker" is far too grand of a title. At least with a real Pornhub stream online sex worker one gets what they pay for, fast sexual gratification. A Twitch E-Thot provides no service aside from scantily clad clothing and playing some game relatively poorly, or even worse just sort of sitting there reading off a chat. If a desperate man gives his money to something like this, he is somebody who needs help and fast. This isn't a person who goes out and has a good time with friends, it is something more akin to a Western Hikikomori. I feel that this is more of a deep rooted social issue rather than something that can be boiled down to a single factor. You have a guy that is totally lacking in confidence and or has problems socializing. You have E-Thots coming in like hawks to take advantage of the situation, it's easy money and I don't blame them. With the people that are giving the E-Thots money, they were probably going to blow that cash on something equally as trivial. I have saved at least one person from the depths of this vicious cycle though the power of will, pumping iron and boosting their ego from absolute 0. We are still good friends. I do worry that this is a widespread social issue though, there are probably thousands of people that are like my friend was and nobody is there for them, thus they search for some sort of validation and if that means they have to blow their paycheck on some E-Thot, they are going to do it.

Gaming is escapist fun. Period. Although I would stream for shits and giggles. But not on a big platform such as YT or Twitch. Nope, just stream for fun.
