You take things outta context lol so ok use LGBT for example why is it that they have to force their way into society? And are discriminated against? Because they go against the norm. Its not a gender thing, its not a sex thing, its not a race thing. Its all about who you know and if the industry was mostly male...who do they know? Males so wow look at that now we have a bias.

thats why i asked you to clarify your point, because that made no sense lgbt people are indeed still discriminated against i showed you how industries have a bias so yes women are held at a higher standard as lawyers do you agree or disagree?
