Pffft.... I'm always happy when I drink alone(or with others), I don't remember ever just getting lost in my thoughts. Actually, I tend to be really goofy if I'm alone... meh...I get bored and entertain myself with my antics. XD Drinking is not a game though. Sure, a few drinks here and there are no problem, but when it becomes a habit, it becomes a problem. Luckily, I enjoy being drunk so much that it scares me away from heavy drinking on a regular basis (Hell, I'm lucky if I have a few beers in a month). Also, for those who say beer is nasty, you haven't drank a decent beer then. Although... I'm one who actually likes steel reserve, so what do I know?

Kichigai not always but for some it can, it just depends on the person.
