My name's Jamie, I'm 21 and a cold-hearted mercenary from Britainland! The first anime I've watched that started my otaku way of life is D.N. Angel when I was about 11. For some reason I really liked it and I have a soft spot for it to this day :D But saying that, I've always loved anime since I was a wee little lad back when my mom used to sit me in front of Dragon Ball Z and I used to do my kamehamehas :D (Come we all did it!) Ah... Good times <3

My first was Yu-Gi-Oh as a kid when it was on TV, but I still re-watch it. The first anime I was hooked on was Death Note, and the two anime that got me hooked on all anime were Black Butler and Psycho-Pass.

The first anime I ever watched was Sailor Moon. I was 4 and they'd just gotten it on tv in the US. But I guess I really became an otaku when Cartoon Network started showing anime like Tenchi Muyo and Outlaw Star on Toonami. I was lucky because my town had this amazing video rental place with a huuuge anime selection, especially since it was the 90s and there really wasn't a lot of dubbed anime out there.

Hi my name is Ramón 22 years old Mexican Its weird how you ask an introduction and you don´t do it first. Dragon Ball was my first anime and thanks to that i kept watching anime until I saw it was an awsome entertainment because of their story, action, drama, superpower and teachings on life. <3

Akira was when I really knew that Japanese animation was going to be a big deal for me. I was only a little guy when I first saw it and it blew me away. I still remember the commercials on the Sci-Fi channel: "It makes Blade Runner look like Disneyworld!" http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-rJ-VVULLado/VFnosWRkPII/AAAAAAAAEXE/Pe0J3K5x5P0/s1600/Bike.gif @#&% yeah! It's still soooo badass. My dream is to own that bike... Of course, unbeknownst to me, I had been watching Japanese animation since well before then in the form of East-West co-productions like Transformers and G.I. Joe. I had also been exposed to Robotech and Voltron, but it was definitely Akira that first made me go nuts about watching everything I could get my hands on. I still can remember getting RightStuf's paper catalog in the mail. It used to be so insane... $30 for three dubbed-only episodes on a casette tape!!
