Mods, admins, rankings

All im saying is if your not gonna add admins at least be on the site more....the most i've ever seen seph was with the whole hacker thing he seemed to be very active then but every so often i wpuld see someone message him and he would reply with "busy" too busy to hear the words of the people using your site? Adding admins is the best idea in my opinion he is losing money here cause the trolls chase users away sometimes and the less users we have the less people to interact with then more people leave and imagine how many people we could've had here....even more important imagine how many people would have subscribed...definitely not me the site is pretty much dead what keeps me here are friends and if they leave so will i...no point in subscribing if i might leave

Regardless of if there is availability for moderators or not. It is always a good idea to have community moderators. People that keep the unfair and trolly members of the internet at bay so that those of us who treasure this locale can continue to enjoy its oasis like feeling. The real matter at hand is if the job will not be paid then it would be a volunteer based position. What would the parameters be for such a position? The qualifications? The guidelines of what is and is not bannable versus just needs to be redacted out of a post? An infrastructure would have to be made regardless of if the job is paid or not, and that can be very time consuming, and if Seph does not see any members of the site as viable for the simple reason that we are all warm and fuzzy otaku, then we have to understand that it is their baby. We just live here. On a side note I am an experienced community moderator and I do not fear ensuring the preserving of this community at the expense of being able to fully immerse myself in it if necessary. Or in short....I volunteer!
