Someone who was once in a female body but identified as guy, so took hormones to become a guy biologically.

absolutely I was at a bar and the bartender was FTM and he was hot as fuck idk what's going on down there but i'm sure we could find a way to make it work

Bottom surgery is terrible for FtMs right now so most don't get it; there can be a whole host of painful complications. They usually use a special strap on that gives them sensation as well.

honestly reassignment surgery in general seems terrible in my eyes like the idea of reshaping genitals gives me anxiety w/ all the nerves and such down there I'd probably do some vag stuff if the guy was hot enough

I don't think they'd like that... I mean, they wanna be treated like a guy, not a girl. But, idk, I guess each guy has a different opinion. I guess some of them might like anal??
