Losing my mind...

So recently my younger sister didn't return home from school today and it has my head spinning... i'm worrying and getting extremely frustrated, i need to find a way to calm myself... Usually i am a very calm individual and recent events in my life the past year have made me worry more, i feel guilty- because i promised all my younger siblings i'd look out for them and i'd take care of them, at age 8 my oldest youngest sister was almost kidnapped and i blamed myself for that, because i was supposed to lookout for her at a fair while my mother was getting something a few feet away; he grabbed her and i tried to fight him and felt very week. i suffer from a few issues from that and a few other things that happend in life. Tonight i walked and looked for her, i searched her school schedule and asked her friends and parents if they've seen her, im tired... i cant sleep though, there's been talk of a sick Rape initiation those bastards gangs do around here. I feel very shocked and stunned... i feel helpless- i trained hours in Krav maga and other styles for fear of stuff like this, my head is spinning, i need to calm down but i don't know how... at first i was calm but as i covered street by street- i started losing hope. Now i'm desperate. i contacted the authorities but... they can't do anything until 48 hours after a person went missing. they do have some cars looking for her.

Woah woah woah she didnt come home? Thats so scary...i remember this one time i couldnt find my sister i was so worried cause she is so precious to me i can imagine how you feel right now...dont worry your sister is safe she probably just went to a friends house without asking or something lets try not to think negatively

Try your best to remain calm mick, maybe she is over at a friends or something.. does she have a phone? Well you could try and go out and look for her once again after a while, but don't think negatively please. I'll pray for her safety.

48+ hours later, We found her guys... out of town; at a friends house. little-shit. Now i can finally sleep, Well goodnight guyys, you've been good support.
