The stress is real people. So I'm having yet another surgery week and I'm getting really sick and tired of 'em. Like, how many times does this need to happen. I've been stressing out over my future career and I'm being told I may or may not make to 24. (they have the letters MD after their names, how they still don't know is beyond me) I'm 21, I don't need this.
Anyone got any good ways with handling a lot of stress?

Hmm, this may seem like an obvious answer but meditation is a great way to deal with stress.. there are books and audio books on the subject which are easily acquired and if done seriously and diligently, it can be EXTREMELY effective in many ways. I highly recommend it. It's not very difficult, doesn't take physical activity since you're getting surgeries.. all it takes is time. 40 minutes to an hour a day is recommended.
Good luck! Stay strong!

I agree with mikorin. Also, talking with someone can just reduce stress. A lot of people here, including myself, wouldn't mind helping you.

Meditation, massages, yoga, running, sex (yup legit reason for it), comedy (laughing), talking to a psych profesional. Vacations.
It all depends on personality like when are you the most calm. Videogames as long as its with friennds and not competitive. Videogammes can also cause stress so thing like card games that make you do stupid. Things would be more accurate. And my personal favorite hitting stuff. Go to gym and either work out, or find one with a sand bag. And hit it untill you feel spent. Remember not to hurt yousellf doing it though, if need be join a martial arts class.

For me, just talking with close friends helps to relieve stress. I even found talking with therapists really nice, since you can tell them stuff you may not be able to tell family/friends, and as long as it's not dangerous(suicide, violence), they'll keep it 100% secret.
Music too can help you relax/calm down, and has that time-distorting ability.
