Manga or Anime

A hard choice, yet so easy I believe manga has a more detailed story plot whereas anime gets straight to the point and keeps it simple. What do you think? I like reading manga when I'm awake and alert but when I'm tired, anime is the way to go. Which do you believe is a better choice, story plot or simplicity wise?

Honestly speaking, I think some are better as anime and others as manga. Action, I tend to prefer anime as the manga tend to have a lot of dynamic images which in black and white tend to take a while to decipher.. But then, for example, when there is a lot of filler episodes or something, I end up sticking to the manga because I am more interested in the development of the story. So, in conclusion, it really depends on the content of the story!

Some manga-to-anime changes I found to be either better or worse, or indifferent. It depends which one appeals more to me personally. I really wish they'd update or remake the Pandora Hearts anime since they made it so short while the manga is still on-going. The ending to the anime was not canon and a big plot changer, so I didn't like that...

The thing is the manga will more than likely always give you the full story. Where as you have anime that at times may give you a full story or a variant of the source material. The thing most people fail to factor in is the difficult conversion between Manga and Anime. There will have to be sacrifices to meet budgets and time frames. Tokyo Ghoul since it is so popular is a prime example of that. You will get lots more information from the manga than the anime, not to mention gore. I personally like them both, a little less the anime cause they sacrificed needed material IMPO. If i had to choose i would more than likely go with manga.

I read to much manga/manhwa(It is not much for me at all. I just read every night) and watch to much anime( It is not much for me at all. I just watch every night) . That's why I'm a Otaku. I'm a bother.
