Think the most important thing would be ' The Taking advantage ' Because there is so much rape and taking advantage these days it's not more of a case about kids being confused or the right for the transsexual. It's about protecting people and making the right choices that will avoid any cases of violation molestation or rape. We do not put the satisfaction and self reassurance of transsexuals before the protection of women and men to avoid any tragedies. That is why I agree making a third bathroom would be good but it might actually make transsexuals feel even worst...Like as if they made a black only bathroom. But if they look the part they identify themselves with, They dress femaleish or maleish. Then it wouldn't be a problem for them to sneak into a female restroom..But under the law they shouldn't. Because even so, We can't let someone with a penis into a room mainly met for women with vagina. You see it isn't categorized by what gender you identify with its by what genital you have. That is what bathrooms are for you go in there to crap or pee and do your dutys not to prove to yourself and the world your true identity you identify yourself with. So I disagree trangender people shouldn't use bathrooms they identify with, They can if they want that is there choice if they dress male or female enough no one will notice but I disagree allowing it by law to happen. It's just not safe, For women and men. Anyone can take advantage of that law to commit disgusting actions. It isn't safe. You see this is why it won't happen because. Safety of EVERYONE Comes before the Comfort of Transsexuals. I'm sorry but I'm being honest. That is how the system works. Any guy could walk into a girl's restroom and claim they are transsexual and then do what they really came in there to do. Same vise versa. It's just NOT Safe. You have to think of the greater good and the majority not transsexuals alone. Right now if a man who is transsexual and identify themself as a women but still has there male gential enters a public women's restroom and IS CAUGHT doing so, Can be arrested. Because that alone isn't enough to ' save ' you from the law. And the law says you have to use the bathroom that your gentail has. So if you have a penis for as much as you feel and know your a female inside you have to use the male restroom because you have a male genital. Same vise versa. It's just how it has to be.. Because people will use transsexual as an excuse and may not even be and take advantage of trying to escape with using the opposite sex's restroom. Even when it's actually a real transsexual person, It's still the law and you can get into trouble. It's just how it is people, We can't do anything to change that because the law is made to think of people all together not people as separate.

But to be honest people will still do what they want, It's common to see a transsexual using the bathroom they identify with.Especially if they look the part they can easily not get into trouble. But it's very strange because say for example a male who identify himself as a female dresses like one and all but is bisexual and is still attracted to females, Allowing someone like this to enter the female's bathroom just because he identify himself as a female but still has a penis, ontop of that is attracted to females. Is a big no no. It's dangerous and is not safe, The exact same vise versa. Do you now understand why it shouldn't be allowed?

Well basically I just don't think it should be made into a law or anything. People will still do it just like how people jay walk or steal. But if they get caught doing it, I would press charges. Transsexuals know better..Just because it's something you can get away with doesn't make it right to do it. And because it's a self choice you can get into even more trouble.. It would be different if you were being forced to do it by someone or black mailed or something. But when it comes down to it was YOUR own choice our of your own self will, Oooo man you will get pressed charges badly. and most likely arrested if caught. Bathrooms are met for what gential you have. Not what gender you identify with.
