transexuals using restrooms they identify themselves with

I bring this topic here e cause the other day in class they were discussing it. Should transexuals people be able to use the restroom they identify themselves with like a trans girl or w to m and vise versa When they still have their respective genitalia?

I think it is a good idea. And it can protect trans people. Some people have the idea of making a "sit to pee" and "stand to pee" restrooms cuz not everyone even identifies as girl or boy. Some people say they are gender fluid and I think that is a good idea too. Also, it makes it easier for moms and dads to bring in their kids cuz not every place has a separate "family" restroom." # EDIT: All restrooms for both categories should have a diaper changing area too.

Ok im ok but wouldn't that confused a lot of children for example a girl seeing a grown woman pee standing up ? and Also the advantage people could take if they start faking being transexuals just to go in to the other restroom

They should have a third bathroom for trans or people that identify themselves as the opposite sex they were born and if you feel like using that restroom You just use it

If a guy walks into a women's restroom just because he identifies as a women, he only has himself to blame if the women in there kick his ass out. Any pervert could just walk into any restroom by claiming they identify as so and so and it would ultimately undermined the whole point of the restrooms.
