Because the reason why Hilary was in the running and high up there, at that, was because of Bill (she was a strong candidate but many people couldn't get to where she was because she had the experience of a first lady) thought the same way you do. While Sarah really was constructed through training like a movie star to go against Obama. Sarah and Hilary were the only women in the presidential campaign anyone really cared about and it was already 2006-2008. Also, for fun-sies: http://i.imgur.com/byLc2QI.png http://i.imgur.com/YvCTNzI.png http://i.imgur.com/jYvNKft.png http://i.imgur.com/Kz2SAGR.png I've never actually searched any of those before. But I feel like we need feminism because for both men and women, because I don't think people should have to look these things up. Feminism can also include sex and health education and if people don't even know if a guy can or cannot get a yeast infection or a uti then wow. edit: FYI, yeast infections can happen anywhere, not necessarily only the vagina. And apparently, we are evil?

I definitely think health issues should be more taught in schools. We did not get any education about puberty until 5th grade, where they separated the girls and boys for one day. Just one day to learn about our bodies, where some girls already had their period before that and suffered the stigma of being the only girl who had their period before middle school. And it is sad, but it's true that both Sarah and Hilary had to rely on their sex appeal to get where they were... Hilary was married to Bill, and Sarah was considered a "diva" among politicians. Otherwise, people probably would not have known about them.

With Hillary, I think there's a good chance she remains in law rather than politics if she doesn't marry Bill. But that's just conjecture on my part.

Good point. That was her background anyways.

I wonder if in the future, there may be more female politicians/candidates though, since most people in there are old, and nowadays more young females are entering law and political fields than back then.

I wouldn't be surprised, a lot of the guys in the field are old with like grey/white hair... She doesn't look that old for a politician.

I don't know, did she do any crimes? I only know that she was really... uhh, conservative about certain issues, while being the parent of a teenage mother. A hypocrite I guess.
