Homestuck, anyone?

Look, I've been having some problems on making Homestuck friends around here and I don't know why it's hard to find them. Some I can't even type them unless they except my friend request. What's so difficult about it? The only people you can't interact with on M.O are minors, and that's only until they friend you.

It's hard, because people won't know you're there and so you need to greet them, but how do I do that when the M.O. upgrade won't let me able for me to say a simple hello or it won't let me ask permission to friend them. :(

Who have you tried to friend? I didn't know there was a restriction on who you can send requests to.
