Yes, I agree with vampire_neko. I can tell because I consider myself a demisexual person.

My ex considers herself demisexual and pansexual. So for her gender doesn't matter but she needs a close emotional attraction to desire sex with someone. Although I think her issue is more just low sex drive in general. I have a high sex drive and although I have no problem finding someone sexually attractive, I'm not comfortable with having sex with someone unless I have an emotional connection. A deep emotional connection is very arousing.

I consider myself demisexual, so from my particular point of view, I think that you just get them to like you the old-fashioned way!! lmao xD (I.e., get to actually know them) Asexual, well, same thing I suppose, just don't expect any sex?
