I'd want a robot eyeball. Seeing through things and to far distances, scanning objects and stuff. Also I'd like finger nails, like metal shape shifting ones. They wouldn't break and I could defend myself. Dude threatening me with a knife? No problem, I got ten ! I thought about wings... but that's too cliche..

Something well built and long lasting. I don't much care about features, just being able to discard all organic matter would suffice.

Nanobots in my blood stream, That give super strength, senses, speed and regeneration. That way I can keep all my organic body parts, and get all the good stuff as well. Basically become superhuman with no downsides.
