Tea for life!!! I even drink it like Levi Ackerman! Mostly because my tea cup has no handle haha. But everyone you have to brew loose leaf tea. It's the best.

Tea. I feel like there are more benefits, especially when you look into herbal teas that help with relaxation, anxiety, and depression.

I only like coffee half milk half coffee with sugar. I drink a lot of tea. It’s good to have if you get drunk sometimes. The other day I did and I didn’t want to. But I’ll be back to normal soon and get drunk again. Hope not

I definitely prefer tea over coffee, but mostly only because tea can have SEVERAL different flavors. Coffee is mostly just the same specific plant. However, you can make tea with nearly any plant.
Actually, I think some would argue that coffee IS tea in a way, but that only complicates the argument further.

Coffee is fitting with a lot of desserts, whether drinking beside desserts, merged in desserts (e.g. coffee ice cream) or both.
I have a coffee and tea cabinet. My favorite teas are good quality affordable matcha green tea and the Teavana Maharaja & Samurai Chai tea. That chai tea is great for steeping and pureeing baby carrots in before slightly draining and adding to Alton Brown's carrot cake recipe. My big sister picks that above all carrot cakes.
After years of my father drinking coffee, he had no sign of colon cancer after chemotherapy. Eating beans (especially navy and pinto) also helped.
My big sister drank a little too much tea to have kidney stone, but that problem is cured.
My answer to this topic's question: either one at different times.
