Full metal alchemist or FMA brotherhood??

So im planning to watch the fma but im confused which of the 2 i should watch first, so what do you think guys,which of the 2 should i watch first?? Thanks in advance guys :)

Full metal alchemist, many didn't care much for the end but it was great over all. Brotherhood was garbage. The art was lazy by comparison (even if more faithful to the original) Everything for the first 13 was horribly rushed, The main problem is the inconsistent tone. They forced in extremely inappropriate humor during scenes that should have been taken far more seriously to the point that it was insulting.

Well everyone has there own opinion of which is better. So I'm not arguing. My say is mine and yours is yours. @Cipher: Just watch which ever one.

whelp, from what I've gathered from speaking to other people about this over the years, the best way to go about it is to watch both. since people usually tend to agree the end of FMA was bad, but so was the first 13 ep of BrotherHood which is the same content as in FMA but rushed and not as well done. Basically you'd start with Full metal alchemist, then stop once you get to the point where it goes into original content (I forget the ep number) Then, you'd watch BrotherHood from around ep 14 on.

Ok..thanks btw..i think I will watch the brotherhood first, as I search it brotherhood is based in the whole manga while the fma they only based it in the first half of manga and the other half is like they made another story.

Ok so fma is more like drama story and brotherhood is the fun story, i didn't know..haha..thanks man i'll watch first the cheerful one..hehe
