Second, even IF you could get it into court, you'd need a lawyer, which aren't cheap, and the big part, most of them could last for months or even years, but I doubt something like this would work. My suggestion, check the warranty, maybe you could get a replacement somehow...

Hmmm, have they been disturbing any other people within the area, like complaints from neighbors? If so they could be called on complaints of disturbing the peace, but if not I dunno what you could do, unless they gave you any injury.
