Pretty much, I struggle making legit friends IRL, just friends who agree with everything I say. Hella lonely experience. Also hoping for some fun otaku friends off this site to nerd with but community does seem dead at times.

Haha, Omegle, huh? You must have been quite desperate... I'll give you some advice. The best community for anime in my opinion is Anime Amino on IOS and andriod. I met a lot of fellow anime fan-boys and fan-girls there, some of whom I still talk to. For now, you could try messaging me. Who wouldn't want a friend after all? ;D

I have a lot of friends who like anime and manga.. just aren't hardcore otakus like me. They won't spend 100+ dollars on anime goods like me. Weeb squaddd ayyyyy.

As much as I would love to splurge like you oniiai my wallet will burst into flames..on a side note, it's difficult to find a moderate otaku friend. I know a few who crossdress cosplay (which I think is bizarre but I won't complain) and I know a few who can only fantasize about the 2D girls and ignore reality. The sanity meter can get pretty wacky .
