Don't go back in time

I'm confused if your future self came to you and you saw him die doesn't that mean you will go to future and meet your past self and die. And if you don't doesn't that mean that you will create a paradox. Which means that you would have never went back in time and died therefore you wouldn't know the dangers of going to the past which means nothing would stop you from going to the past and dying.which means that this cycle will continue for eternity. If you went to the past and saw your past self die doesn't that mean your stuck in the past which means you wouldn't have existed because there wouldn't yhave been a you to actually go to the past.which means if you never went to the past than past you never died which means you would have to go to the best as fate previously decided which would create a never ending paradax. Which means no matter how you look at it you shouldn't exist.

Which means you won't go back in time.which means you won't go back in time and die in front of your eyes.which means you won't know not to go back in time.which means you will.which will create an eternal paradox. Which means you messed up time.

Actually, there is the Grandfather Paradox, meaning even if you killed yourself, you would still be alive, just creating another worldline.
