Anyone else interested in seamless figure dolls?

They're okay, but the price isn't so much. I like the concept but from the ones I've seen their joints kinda look really unnatural when bent. I'd also worry a bit about the rubber or whatever ripping over time.

Obviously you'd have to take care of the things, I just figure no matter how careful you are that material would crack/rip around the join areas after a while. Personally I like to think I take pretty good care of my figs. However, when it comes to design flaws on the manufacture part there's not really much you can do sometimes.

This company makes 1/6th size with stainless steel skeleton. But in general these aren't made to be abused like cheap action figures. Mostly just posed and put on display. I like the bigger 1/3 size from tokydoll though. That way you can use clothes and stuff from Dollfies and other bjd type dolls. BJD dolls you can abuse a bit more since parts are replaceable. I'm not a huge otaku, but I can certainly appreciate the artistic appeal. This is why I don't get why you'd get weird looks for haveing a figureine, but it's A-ok to have a painting... They're both art and beautiful in their own way.

I know, I was just fun yesterday I imagine you care and love them. Good girls love this characteristic on boys. It would be wonderfull to love and play with this toys. And love more cute-innocent things, instead of lusty-busty-nasty. I they don't make another stupid law. If you use her as pillow, I found nothing that forbid us do what we want with pillows...
