Is cheating acceptable?

I feel that if you're in a relationship cheating is not acceptable because if you want to get out of a relationship get out of it. Seriously I should know because I should've done it back when I was in relationships that literally sucked and I used to cheat because of the fact that one the relationship was not going anywhere and two there were also times where the relationship was Extremely boring. Now that I'm older I feel that being in a relationship would literally be a partnership like it doesn't matter if I am role playing or not because I relationship is a partnership so if the other person is only thinking about the money or only thinking about themselves then there is no relationship. Take my advice and don't cheat.
