the future of swords?

If Rurouni Kenshin has taught me anything, its that if you still insist on carrying a blade after theyve been banned, expect the police to see it as an excuse to take action. in which case you better be skilled enough to take care of it.

Ok the thing about having a sword in public is you need to have it in a case of some sort. But then again they can consider it a concealed weapon. But the thing is why carry around a real sword in the first place. If that's your kind of thing carry a wooden or bamboo sword, it is less threatening.

Dude.. I own guns. swords are nice, but I wouldn't even carry it for self defense. That takes me to a next point, I carry a knife and someone attacking me won't see that knife until its too late. Can't f#cken hide a sword.

That's the reason, why i would want a sword. If a criminal sees it, they would think twice before they decide to assault/rape me in most scenarios
