A knife ain't the best, but is proven effect in really close combat. Have to lure the person in close tho. Yep, just go get a conceal carry license and a glock like everyone else

if you are so stupid to threat any one with a weapon, even if this is just a blunt sword or even a kitchen knife you are going to feel to consensuses of being a dum retard. Ofc the kid didn't deserve to die but the person he threaten to slice in pieces even less. So when the choice has to be made to kill a offender or let a innocent die, that isn't going to be a hard one.

As long as the government believes guns are more of a threat, swords should be safe. Luckily swords are not that regulated, and we don't have to get them registered. :) I have to have a defense of some sort, if I can't have a gun.
