Love is chemically no different to eating a bunch of chocolate, so why do we all want it.

I don't think anyone likes crap especially if that crap is unhealthy. Does that mean there is actual healthy crap? Anyway, I can respect peoples' dislike for all things chocolate ^^

Love is more than a chemical thing. Finding a mate may rely partly on chemistry, but finding love depends on what you are willing to sacrifice. Does a man who takes a bullet for another rely on chemistry? Love does not make sense and in my opinion can not be strictly defined as a chemical process. Everything in the brain relys on chemistry, but love can go against your best interest and I don't think your brain wants to kill it's self. Love is more than a "romantic feeling". People die for the love of country and sacrifice for the betterment of others even if it does not benefit them. You may not agree with biblical things and even I question a lot, but I fully agree with this... No greater love has a man than to give his life for his brother. Now, imma eat mah chocolate and be happy.:P Also , the chocolate thing isn't exactly new. Our brain rewards us for what it perceives as beneficial things and many other chemicals synthesize said feelings , like cocain for instance.

All those thoughts and feelings you talk about, yeah they are reactions/processes within the brain...
