I've been to Tokyo 5 times (6 in june) and theres anime everywhere especially in Akibara

My favorite part of Japan is the Japanese people. I love their food and culture! Also, I also like their attire. Finally, I lIke how the Japanese people stepped all over Korea, forcing them to go to war for them and commitinh various attorcites, yet some deny it happened. I love Japan

i dont care as long as i can get the latest games and anime and maybe a sky line gtr i be happy but i wouldn't love in Tokyo

As tatsuro84 said anime is not that big in Japan. Just got back from a 2 week trip to Osaka and Kyoto and enjoyed my trip but was disappointed with the lack of anime in Nipponbashi. At most there were 15 anime stores and most less know anime you wont even see. However the shrines and historical sites are extremely beautiful. Most the shopping districts are nice however most stores are either food or women clothing. Most the anime related stuff i saw was Sword art online, Fate/Stay, and Gundam. Anime key chain characters are everywhere as well as a lot of card shops.
