[UPDATE] Here's the first of (hopefully) many Art Challenges for everyone in the MaiOtaku community to participate in. Anyone is welcome to join, doesn't matter if your a pro, intermediate or a novice. The challenge is to make something that has to do with Halloween and you are free to use Photo Editing and Rendering Programs, as long as it befits the theme. You can do this either way using: Traditional, Digital, Painting, and Photography. DEADLINE is October 31st, on Halloween Rules: *Has to be Halloween themed *NO Nudity Enjoy - Mumbles :)

So are there any rules regarding, using photo editing programs and renders. Or does it have to be drawn?
