Story of my life man. Everyone in school is always so "normal" and anime is like a taboo is you wanna date

i'm somewhat in the same boat. my school has people who like anime, but they are either rude or they don't want to hang out with me(making the possibilities of a relationship to be 0 to none.) My school's anime club last year had awesome people, who were all taken, and this year has people who are only into mainstream anime, and who are very rude... -w-;

Same thing here. There are people here that are interested in anime/manga, but most of them are girls. The one guy that is I see as a friend lol I live in a very small town, so it makes meeting others that are interested in anime and such like difficult -.- thats why I love going to cons!

In my high school I dated one guy who liked anime-now he hates me because I broke up with him. xD Most of the guys in my high school who like anime are really shy people or their really sensitive. (got stuck with a sensitive guy, never again). Some of them were really cool and I still talk to em. Now I'm with my boyfriend who I didn't meet through high school and I really don't mind.~
